Hi, I’m Mitchell Holt, President of Infinite Laundry.
I've dedicated my career to perfecting the process of connecting commercial laundry businesses to customers through analytics-driven marketing, while also passionately advocating customer-centricity by following the simple idea that customers are people, not just data. This creates a beautiful relationship of satisfied consumers and profitable businesses.
We would be a sad excuse for a digital marketing company if we weren’t at least a little addicted to our screens. Check out some of our top marketing apps and organizational apps and tools below!
“Zapier has become an integral part of our business over the years. As marketers, the ability to connect all of our software and tools that we use on a daily basis enables everyone to work more efficiently. Automating tasks using the Zapier ‘Marketer-Friendly’ API’s also drives down costs by eliminating manual processes.”
“The app I use the most is the Google Analytics app. The app allows me to check our website analytics anytime anywhere. This way I can see how many leads and calls came in today and know how well everything is performing.”
“My favorite marketing app at the moment would be SEOquake, a browser extension that helps you view organic research data at the click of a button. It currently helps me diagnose many clients’ on-page SEO efforts, as well as see what the competitors are doing. I love how simple it is to use, and time-saving it could be when I don’t find it necessary to crawl an entire site to search through pages. It saves me countless hours of retrieving data from source pages or from a Screaming Frog SEO Spider crawl. Along with organic research data, SEOquake provides other useful tools including an SEO audit which helps me find any technical issues, as well as a keyword density report, internal/external link analysis and even social metrics. It’s also an optimum solution for the analysis of SEO parameters. With respect to other similar tools, I find SEOquake very useful for the high number of SEO parameters and for the simple visualization of the parameters below each searched link.”
“My coworkers introduced me to Canva recently, and I can’t get enough of it. Canva is a free tool that allows users to design professional-grade images. They have templates for everything from Facebook ads to to infographics.”
“Grum is an online tool that allows you to schedule and post content to your Instagram account(s) directly from your desktop. With Grum, you can choose the day and time you wish your post to be published and you can easily switch between the accounts you manage. Why I like it? It’s a real timesaver! Grum is one of the few services that allows you to post to your Instagram account without having to open the mobile app on your phone. It makes my job faster and easier.”
“Tweetdeck is a very useful app for social media marketing. As a marketing agency, we manage many of our clients’ Twitter accounts. Having to remember logins and passwords for each individual account can become tedious, not to mention it wastes tons of time going back and forth from different accounts. Tweetdeck allows you to combine all of the Twitter accounts you are managing into one easy login. From this one login you can view and manage each client’s account. Tweetdeck makes managing Twitter accounts more streamlined and efficient and helps me perform my job much faster!”
“As simple and basic as this may seem, I love using Thesaurus to help me spice up my writing a bit to make sure that I’m never repetitive. If I notice I’m using a word often, I’ll plug it into Thesaurus to get a list of synonyms for it and see if any of those words might sound better in that context. I primarily use this when I am writing blog posts and want my writing to be more creative and interesting. I want every word to capture the reader, and if I am using the same words in each sentence, it’s just going to be a boring article with not much substance. Thesaurus is one of my top marketing apps because it helps me when I’m stumped on coming up with better ways to word things or new ways to say something.”
“Sometimes you find a really good article but you don’t have the time to read it, and when you do have the time, you just can’t find it. Now, if I see an article, video, joke or whatever I just put in my Pocket and read it at home with no rush.”
